She holds a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology from the University of Cape Town, which she completed cum laude. Following her specialist training, she completed her clinical internship at Groote Schuur Hospital and Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital, where she gained extensive experience working with individuals presenting with a broad range of neurological, developmental, and cognitive conditions.
Arya is known for her warm, approachable, and compassionate manner, and her ability to connect meaningfully with people from diverse backgrounds and across all stages of life. She is committed to providing evidence-based, person-centred care in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. Her approach combines thorough clinical assessment with practical, individualised recommendations, empowering patients, families, and referring professionals with greater understanding and clarity regarding cognitive and emotional functioning.

We provide comprehensive assessments for individuals experiencing memory difficulties, cognitive decline, or concerns regarding dementia. Assessments help clarify the nature of cognitive changes, support diagnosis where appropriate, and guide recommendations for treatment, support, and future planning.

We offer specialised ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing difficulties with attention, concentration, organisation, or executive functioning. Our assessments provide diagnostic clarity and practical recommendations to support functioning at home, school, university, and work.

We provide assessments of cognitive and functional capacity, including work capacity and financial decision-making ability. These assessments are often requested following illness, injury, or cognitive decline and assist in informing clinical and occupational decisions.

We conduct comprehensive assessments to determine whether learners may benefit from examination accommodations and other educational support measures. Recommendations are tailored to the individual's cognitive profile and are designed to support equitable access to learning and assessment.

We provide neuropsychological assessments for individuals who have sustained a concussion, traumatic brain injury, or other neurological injury. These assessments evaluate the impact on cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities and help guide rehabilitation and return-to-work or return-to-study planning.

We offer psycho-education, therapeutic support, and caregiver guidance for individuals and families managing cognitive challenges associated with neurological, medical, or psychological conditions. Our focus is on promoting understanding, developing practical coping strategies, and supporting adjustment and quality of life.
